Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our retail/home improvement client to start immediately at $50k-$60k/annually DOE plus commissions! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing new business within the construction and industrial sectors.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
- Deliver tailored product and service solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Guide customers through product selection and application.
- Demonstrate active listening to fully understand customer challenges.
- Prepare and deliver price quotations accurately and promptly.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Provide consistent, high-quality post-sale support.
- Expand and strengthen existing customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
- Oversee and manage key client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal customer service and support teams.
Location: LaPorte, IN
- Position requires travel within a 60 mile radius
Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 7AM start time
- Can expect to average 50 hours/week
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sales experience or equivalent background
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree, trade school training, or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Genuine enjoyment of working with and assisting the public
- Professional relationship management skills
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Solid mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently
