- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, inventory tracking with QuickBooks, and general clerical duties
- Assist with customer support by addressing concerns, processing transactions, and providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance of the front desk area while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong computer literacy skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
