Our growing service-oriented business is looking for a friendly, dependable, office administrator.
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday (no nights or weekends)
Job Description:
Integrit Cleaning & Organizing Services is seeking a dependable full-time office administrator. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, QuickBooks and CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to email, phone calls, text messages
- Perform filing, data entry, and document organization
- Assist with typing and maintaining records, bookkeeping skills
- Support day-to-day office tasks, delegation of work
- Provide basic customer service support as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with C.R.M. helpful
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and follow up
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to follow and give directions
