Job Title: Cleaning Specialist (Deep Cleaning and Hoarding Jobs)

Job Type: Part-time/On-call/Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Specialist to assist with deep cleaning and specialized cleaning projects, including hoarding situations. This is scheduled as needed and sometimes requires the cleaning tech to wear PPE gear.

Responsibilities Include:

· Performing detailed deep cleans in residential and/ or commercial spaces

· Cleaning heavily cluttered or hoarding environments with care and professionalism

· Sorting, organizing, and removing debris or unwanted items

· Sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, and high-touch surfaces

· Handling potentially challenging environments (dust, odors, biohazards, etc.)

· Following safety procedures and using cleaning equipment properly

· Working independently or as part of a small team

· Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members

· Must be understanding, empathetic, and non-judgmental

Requirements:

· Must be dependable

· Ability to handle physical demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

· Comfortable working in extreme or sensitive cleaning situations

· Strong attention to detail

· Must have reliable transportation

· Previous cleaning or labor experience preferred, but not required

· Must be respectful, non-judgmental, and maintain client confidentiality

· Valid driver license

Work Environment:

· Jobs may vary from standard deep cleans to more intensive hoarding cleanups

· Conditions can range from lightly dirty to heavily cluttered environments

Pay:
