The Executive Administrative Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support and monitors and directs clerical work flow within the division. May supervise other clerical staff. * Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience or Associate's Degree and 3 years of secretarial experience or 5 years secretarial experience
* Training in secretarial procedures either through formal education or by experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English
