Job Description
The Human Performance Coordinator will lead the delivery and management of a holistic readiness and injury-reduction program supporting the DEA Office of Training and field personnel. This role focuses on improving the overall performance, resilience, health, and career longevity of DEA agents.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all program activities across training sites, workshops, webinars, screenings, and baseline testing.
Serve as primary point of contact with DEA leadership and training teams.
Plan and deliver workshops across focus areas such as resilience, stress mitigation, sleep, nutrition, and strength/conditioning.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with DEA and DOJ requirements.
Support deployment and utilization of a mobile app/online portal for readiness tracking, education, and analytics.
Oversee development and maintenance of a real-time readiness dashboard.
Collaborate with field staff to ensure consistent delivery and data capture.
Qualifications
3 years of professional experience in human performance, sports science, strength and conditioning, or a related field.
NSCA CSCS certification required.
Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related discipline.
Experience managing human performance programs, reporting, or multi-site delivery preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
