What You’ll Own (Key Outcomes)
Operational Readiness Gains
Lead measurable improvement in physical, mobility, and injury prevention benchmarks across all assigned cohorts.
Mobile Platform Engagement
Deploy and manage human performance programs via GPS’s integrated digital app, with ≥80% trainee engagement.
Instructional Excellence
Deliver training that earns ≥95% satisfaction scores and generates recurring program demand from agency stakeholders.
Risk & Recovery Optimization
Identify injury risks and prescribe interventions to enhance resilience and performance.
Performance Data Insights
Capture and interpret survey and test data to generate performance feedback and continuous programming evolution.
Your Role in Action
- Deliver physical and tactical training programs tailored for law enforcement professionals
- Conduct assessments (e.g., Y-balance, dynamometry, lunge, body comp) and interpret results
- Instruct using adult learning principles in classroom and app-based formats
- Administer surveys and track trainee health, nutrition, stress, and recovery metrics
- Collaborate with internal GPS staff and client stakeholders for program alignment and evolution
- Stay current on tactical human performance research and techniques
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and CSCS certification (required)
- Have 3 years of experience training tactical or law enforcement populations
- Can confidently lead assessments and interpret biomechanical data
- Are tech-fluent and comfortable deploying app-based performance platforms
- Thrive in fast-paced, mission-first environments with minimal handholding
