Key Objective
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Specific Duties
Maintain relationships with numerous vendors and suppliers
Front desk management, answer phones , prepare shipments, maintain front desk logs
Liaise with building management when necessary
Manage security and building access for office and visitors
Manage office supplies and purchase them as necessary
Organize and maintain company files, storage and archives
Maintenance of overall facility to high standard, working with staff on best practices
Assist with coordinating special events and charity initiatives for the office
Interface with Senior Management on facilities management and other business related projects
Assist with cross coverage of administrative positions as needed
Provide administrative support to the senior staff members, as needed
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.
