Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Hormone and Functional Medicine to join our integrative healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and vital signs monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing hormone therapy, nutritional guidance, lifestyle coaching, and functional medicine protocols.
- Administer procedures such as Botox (Botulinum toxin treatment), dermal fillers, IV infusions, and other aesthetic laser treatments in accordance with clinical standards.
- Manage medication prescribing within collaborative practice agreements while adhering to DEA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks; interpret laboratory results including ICD-10 coding for diagnoses.
- Educate patients on health optimization strategies, including nutrition, stress management, and chronic disease prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties such as endocrinology, cardiology, gastroenterology, psychiatry, and physical therapy to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
