Position Summary

Ear, Nose & Throat Associates is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Bryan, Ohio.

This position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a collaborative outpatient specialty practice. Working alongside experienced ENT physicians, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of otolaryngology conditions while helping provide exceptional patient experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic testing and imaging results.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
  • Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support best clinical practices.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Indiana.
  • National certification as an NP or PA.
  • Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in otolaryngology, primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or another surgical specialty.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (Athenahealth experience is a plus).
  • Interest in performing in-office procedures and expanding procedural skills.
