Position Summary
Ear, Nose & Throat Associates is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Bryan, Ohio.
This position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a collaborative outpatient specialty practice. Working alongside experienced ENT physicians, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of otolaryngology conditions while helping provide exceptional patient experiences.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic testing and imaging results.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
- Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support best clinical practices.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Indiana.
- National certification as an NP or PA.
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in otolaryngology, primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or another surgical specialty.
- Experience with electronic medical records (Athenahealth experience is a plus).
- Interest in performing in-office procedures and expanding procedural skills.
