This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Front Desk Member Coordinator. The role involves managing front desk operations, including greeting patients, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient clinic functioning. Responsibilities include answering phone calls with professional etiquette, scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with daily administrative tasks, all while providing a high level of customer service to enhance the patient experience.
