Employment Type: Nurse Practitioner - Part-Time to Full-Time (16 to 32 hours per week)

We are seeking a motivated and confident Nurse Practitioner who wants to deliver high-quality care with a comprehensive approach to join our team. We have a thriving integrative medical practice in beautiful Lehi, UT. Our practice provides personalized health and wellness focusing on functional health, hormone balance and weight management. We offer both natural and allopathic methods to support our clients’ health needs. Join us as we help countless people in our community reach their health goals.

Clinic Hours: 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday to Thursday

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Active NP license in UT - Required
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 2-5 years experience as nurse practitioner, in Integrative, or Hormone Replacement settings (women’s health) perferred
  • Demonstrated general knowledge and competence regarding advanced nursing theories, concepts and practices; medical terminology; anatomy; and physiology
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, safety precaution policies, best practices regarding patient care and privacy, and changes in local/state/federal regulations
  • Possess written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, including non-medical people
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook), Electronic Health Record
  • Competency with Power2Practice preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient exams and evaluations for acute concerns and Annual Wellness exams
  • Order and review tests and lab results
  • Formulate diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and various modalities
  • Manage patient care and provide treatments including infusions, joint injections, PRP therapy, and Hormone Therapy
  • Document patient progress notes
  • Collaborate with our team for comprehensive patient care
  • Functions within the full scope of licensure; accountable for the assessment, coordination delivery and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care
  • Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in assigned area
  • Develops, implements, manages an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors
  • Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications
  • Engages in continuous growth and development in professional advanced nursing practice, keeps up with board certification and CEUs.
  • Prioritize and delegate assignments and work within standardized policies, procedures, and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Works independently, as well as be part of the team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options
  • Ensure the privacy of each patient's protected health information (PHI)
  • Build collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.

  • Competitive Wage $65.00 to $85.00 per hour.
  • Possibility for Salary after 1 year.
  • Bonus compensation based on meeting annual revenue goals

  • Up to $2000 towards CME and travel for conferences per year.
