🔍 About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Scientist to serve as a DMPK Project Representative supporting small-molecule drug discovery programs across multiple therapeutic areas. This position plays a key role in integrating DMPK strategy into discovery efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance high-quality drug candidates.
The ideal candidate is a recognized ADME or PK/PD subject matter expert with a strong publication record and significant experience in project-facing scientific leadership.

- Relevant publications/abstracts in metabolism, DDI, or PK/PD modeling
- Ability to design, interpret, and communicate complex DMPK data

🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the DMPK project representative on global, cross-functional small molecule project teams
- Provide expert guidance on experimental plans and data interpretation (ADME, PK/PD, DDI)
- Lead and troubleshoot complex in vitro, in vivo, and in silico DMPK studies
- Collaborate with medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, outsourcing teams, and external partners
- Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of DMPK experiments conducted internally or by CROs
- Integrate disparate datasets and deliver clear, actionable conclusions to stakeholders
- Maintain thorough documentation of all studies and results
- Contribute to publications, project reports, milestone documents, and scientific presentations
- Represent the organization externally at conferences and scientific meetings
- Mentor or guide junior staff members as needed
📘 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 18 years of relevant experience
- OR Master’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience
- OR Doctoral degree with 6 years postdoctoral and/or industry experience
- Strong understanding of ADME principles; PK/PD modeling or biotransformation preferred
- Experience with outsourced ADME models (fully or hybrid) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in global, cross-functional environments
