Pay Rate: $35.00/Hour on W2
Role Overview:
- The HR Generalist partners with management to lead and execute key human resources processes, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
- This role ensures alignment with business strategies while fostering a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Business Partnership.
- Partner with management teams to drive HR processes such as total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, and organizational efficiency.
- Define and implement the entity’s talent strategy, including identification and assessment of top talent.
- Champion talent management philosophies and best practices.
- Contribute to development initiatives aligned with business and company strategies.
- Ensure deployment of people strategy initiatives including change management, organizational design, leadership development, wellbeing, inclusion, and high performance.
Talent Management & Development:
- Build and maintain a diverse, high-performing team to support business growth.
- Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and leadership capabilities.
- Facilitate and lead learning and development initiatives across the site.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide development resources.
- Coach and support local leadership teams on people-related matters.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Manage day-to-day employee relations and act as the first point of contact for hourly associates.
- Provide guidance on employee discipline, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and leadership practices.
Recruitment & Workforce Management:
- Lead end-to-end hourly recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Support recruitment activities for other roles as needed.
- Assist with workforce changes including layoffs, terminations, and reduction in force.
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and induction processes.
HR Operations & Shared Services Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence (recruitment, compensation, benefits, etc.) to execute HR activities.
- Support processes such as performance management, training, compensation analysis, and succession planning.
- Facilitate company programs and HR initiatives.
Project Management & Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR programs and projects within defined timelines.
- Manage risks using structured project management approaches.
- Monitor and report on business objectives, project milestones, and key performance indicators.
HR Systems & Analytics:
- Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy using digital tools.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
