Hiring: Senior Research Analyst (Healthcare / Medical Education)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Research Analyst to join a dynamic Impact & Insights team focused on evaluating the effectiveness of medical education programs.
This role involves analyzing and reporting on online educational activities designed for physicians and healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on outcomes measurement—including changes in knowledge, competence, performance, and patient impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize data from outcomes research projects to deliver high-quality, insight-driven reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical strategy, scientific leadership, and data analytics
- Develop, write, and edit comprehensive reports combining quantitative and qualitative findings
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards
- Partner with analytics teams to enhance reporting processes and troubleshoot data issues
- Maintain and improve reporting templates using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Communicate project updates effectively with internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in outcomes research
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Clinical Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research, program evaluation, or healthcare analytics
- Experience working with healthcare or clinical data
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, or R
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent technical writing skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
