Position Senior Research Analyst
Location: Newark, NJ
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Rate: $30/hr on C2C or 1099

Senior Research Analyst leads the analysis and reporting of online medical education programs. You’ll translate complex data into "Outcomes Reports" that measure how education impacts healthcare professional knowledge, competence, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to create high-quality reports that summarize educational impact and patient outcomes.
Strategic Writing: Translate technical data into clear, strategically-focused narratives for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical strategists, data scientists, and external medical experts to identify key insights for each project.
Project Management: Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, managing timelines and deliverables across multiple therapeutic areas.
Technical Optimization: Utilize tools like Tableau and Excel to maintain reporting templates and suggest data visualization enhancements.
Process Improvement: Stay current on industry regulations and proactively identify ways to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years in program evaluation, outcomes research, or medical education.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management software (Tableau, SAS, SPSS, or R) and advanced MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
Communication: Elite technical writing skills and the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and strong collaborative energy.
Preferred Skills
Advanced Analytics: Experience with regression analysis and SQL.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CME/CPD evaluation and healthcare claims data.
Visualization Tools: Advanced experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
