Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
· Assist in the creation of job descriptions and recruitment collateral.
· Coordinate onboarding procedures to ensure new hires receive all necessary documentation, training materials, and orientation sessions.
Compensation & Benefits / Leave Administration
· Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness; manage payroll and administer employee benefits packages.
· Manage payroll onboarding, benefit enrollment and changes, and related communications.
· Support payroll operations by coordinating employee updates, resolving timekeeping discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
· Administer health insurance renewals and plan management.
· Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits programs and assist in resolving benefit-related inquiries.
· Oversee leave-of-absence processes, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
Employee Relations
· Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries from employees.
· Assist with employee engagement initiatives and address routine concerns to help maintain a positive work environment.
· Support performance management processes, including facilitating reviews and managing coaching documentation.
· Implement performance improvement plans when appropriate.
· Evaluate training needs, design and implement employee development initiatives, and offer resources for skills enhancement and career advancement.
· Promote employee engagement efforts, contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture, and support employee well-being through various programs.
· Participate in strategic planning by aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives, identifying talent needs, and developing workforce strategies.
Compliance & Recordkeeping
· Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA).
· Support audits, reporting, policy updates, and internal HR compliance activities.
HR Operations
· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics.
· Assist with the execution of training programs and special HR projects.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in human resources is required; additional background in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations is highly desirable. Possession of an HR certification (such as PHR or SHRM-CP) is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
· Comprehensive knowledge of general HR principles, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
· Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
· Proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite
· Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt effectively in a dynamic environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
