- The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of client's Titles enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VoIP (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams), and SD-WAN. Supporting over 400 branch offices and two geographically dispersed datacenters, this role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity across the enterprise.
- The position involves a blend of datacenter work (25%) including hardware installs and advanced troubleshooting and remote office projects (75%), such as SD-WAN deployments, upgrades, lifecycle refresh projects, acquisition integrations, voice/collaboration rollouts, and troubleshooting.
Skills/Experience:
- Expert in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls (ASA, FTD)
- Proficient in Meraki SD-WAN, VPN technologies, and branch connectivity
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EtherChannel, 802.1Q, STP
- Advanced experience with VRF, route leaking, redistribution, and ACL/prefix-list management
- Skilled in packet capture and traffic analysis using Wireshark, tcpdump, or equivalent tools
- Experience with wireless networking, NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Forescout), and identity-based access control
- Familiarity with Cisco Webex phones, SIP-based PBX systems, and VoIP troubleshooting
Bonus: Experience with VXLAN, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, or equivalent SDN platforms
