Hiring: Post Closing Specialist
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site)

Pay Rate: $21/hr. on W2 (Without Benefits)
We are looking for a Post Closing Specialist to support escrow and title operations for residential and commercial real estate transactions, including resale, refinance, relocation, and new construction transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Experience supporting residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Knowledge of resale, refinance, relocation, new construction, and timeshare transactions
• Provide administrative and operational support for escrow processes
• Assist escrow and title teams with transaction coordination and documentation
• Support post-closing activities within production center or branch office environments
• Maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the transaction process
Salary : $17 - $21
