We are seeking a motivated Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Memphis, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while working alongside experienced engineering professionals.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Senior and Staff Engineers in manufacturing projects, process improvements, and validation activities.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and technical documentation.
- Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and reports.
- Help troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in manufacturing/engineering (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
