Pay Rate: $21–$25/hr on W2 (No Benefits) (Based on location and shift)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call.

No prior ATM experience? No problem. If you bring a strong work ethic, mechanical curiosity, and willingness to learn, comprehensive training will be provided to help you build the skills needed to troubleshoot, service, and maintain ATM systems in the field.
As a Field Service Technician, you will represent a leading financial equipment service provider while ensuring ATMs remain operational, secure, and compliant. This is a customer-facing, mobile role that combines hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and independent field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module (FRU) level.
- Diagnose ATM issues using error logs and call details to identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues while maintaining SLA commitments.
- Maintain parts inventory, documentation, and service records accurately.
- Provide timely status updates and complete required service reporting.
- Follow strict security and safety protocols within financial institution environments.
- Own service tickets from dispatch through resolution or escalation.
- Complete required training and technical certifications.
- Organize and manage daily workload or route-based assignments.
What You’ll Work With:
- Basic mechanical and electrical systems.
- Hand tools (screwdrivers, standard field toolkit).
- Mobile work order systems via Android device.
- On-site customer environments including banks and retail locations.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Field-based role with daily travel within assigned service area.
- May involve standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and extended driving.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, rotating shifts, and on-call assignments.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 years of technical or field service experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Android smartphone required for work order management.
- Own basic hand tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a technical field.
- Prior experience with ATM systems or similar electronic/mechanical equipment.
- Exposure to field service, maintenance, or technical support environments.
