Hiring: Content Strategist III (Content Operations Manager)

Location: Knoxville, TN (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2 (No benefits / No PTO)

We’re looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Content Strategist III to lead content operations and drive audience growth across large-scale digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead content strategy to boost user acquisition and engagement

• Optimize workflows and ensure seamless collaboration across teams

• Leverage SEO, analytics, and AI/LLM trends to improve performance

• Partner with product, engineering, editorial, and monetization teams

• Analyze content performance and implement data-driven improvements

• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital media and search strategy

Required Experience:

• 8 years in content strategy, SEO, or digital analytics

• Strong experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or Adobe Analytics

• Expertise in AI/LLM-driven traffic (e.g., chatbots, search engines)

• Background working with ad-supported websites

• Proven track record in content optimization and performance analysis

Preferred:

• Affiliate content marketing experience

• Familiarity with CMS platforms
