What You’ll Do
• Perform mammalian cell culture (primary cells preferred)
• Run molecular & cell-based assays (qPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry)
• Support in vitro / ex vivo studies and bioassay development
• Analyze data and maintain electronic lab notebooks
• Troubleshoot experiments and support lab operations
What We’re Looking For
• MS 2 yrs OR BS 4 yrs lab experience (industry preferred)
• Strong experience with mammalian cell culture
• Hands-on with qPCR, ELISA/Western blot, or flow cytometry
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab
Nice to Have
• Experience with primary hematopoietic cells
• CRISPR/Cas9 or gene editing experience
Salary : $40 - $44
