- Develop new business opportunities in automotive powertrain and adjacent markets
- Support sales efforts for stamping, flow-forming, and metal spinning technologies
- Collaborate with engineering and product development to align solutions with customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including quoting and proposals
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with independent sales representatives to expand market reach
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years in technical sales or engineering, preferably in automotive or powertrain systems
- Knowledge of metal forming processes (stamping, flow-forming, spinning)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Customer-focused with solid negotiation and strategic thinking abilities
