Role Description
The Administrative Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, preparing and processing documents, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records. The Administrative Associate will assist with invoicing activities, basic financial tracking, and coordination of client-related documentation for retirement plans. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries by phone and email, routing requests to appropriate team members, and providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves scheduling meetings, updating databases and spreadsheets, and supporting special projects to ensure smooth, efficient office workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Processes, including document management, data entry, filing, scheduling, and answering the phone.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining a courteous, client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools), especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
