Job Title: Associate Business Process Analyst

Job Location: Richmond, VA : Hybrid

Job Duration: 12 Months on contract (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $30.66/hr. on w2

Shift: 1st Shift.

Job Description:

Position Summary:

• Support Distribution Asset Management and preventative maintenance programs.
• Review inspection data, validate asset information, and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Work closely with internal teams and field inspectors to resolve discrepancies and support operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate inspection reports, asset records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field inspectors to resolve data discrepancies.
• Support preventative maintenance and transformer inspection programs.
• Update and manage information within SAP and related systems.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure data quality compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Business Process Analyst or related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP or similar asset management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI and maintenance or inspection programs preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
• Utilities or energy industry experience preferred.
