Description:
- Performs a variety of cardiac testing including, stress, transoesophageal, transthoracic, dobutamine stress echocardiograms and others as indicated (ICE, 3D, strain, specialty and fetal echocardiograms); calculates acquired data and prepares study for medical staff interpretation.
- They will be working solo but will have a cardiovascular nurse onsite as someone they would partner with for IV support, and stress testing.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree – from an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant experience - in two-dimensional, doppler, color doppler, transesophageal echocardiology (TEE), transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echos and understanding of complex congenital heart disease and surgical repairs.
- RDCS OR RCS.
- BLS-AHA.
