About the Role:The ICU Clinical Nurse Manager/Educator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality critical care nursing within the Intensive Care Unit. This position is responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that enhance clinical competencies and patient outcomes. The ICU Nurse Manager/Educator collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
