Primary Responsibilities
Client Experience Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service matters, delivering white-glove treatment that exceeds expectations
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences, ensuring personalized service delivery
- Facilitate asset transfers and account setups with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee insurance application procedures from submission through completion
- Manage and optimize client reporting systems, ensuring accurate data feeds and account configurations
- Track and resolve outstanding business items proactively and timely
- Serve as the primary administrator for the firm's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Configure and maintain client portal access, providing technical guidance to clients as needed
- Verify accurate execution of investment strategies
