- Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by working with potential clients to match our service offerings with their flexibility and wellness goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
- Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience
- Client relationship management experience
