About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to set up and manage equipment and processes to meet customer demands for high-quality molded parts. This is a hands-on position that requires technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe and efficient production. We operate on three shifts offering flexibility for candidates interested in different schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and change over injection molds
- Adjust processing parameters to meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot molding and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Mix materials according to specifications
- Start up and shut down injection mold presses
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Meet production schedule requirements and performance goals
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of injection mold processing experience required
- Strong problem-solving and technical abilities
- Material handling and forklift experience
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and maintain reliable attendance
