This role partners closely with site and operational leadership to build a high-performing, scalable workforce across a fast-growing, highly technical environment. The Sr. HR Manager drives alignment between people, performance, and business priorities ensuring the organization has the talent, structure, and leadership capability to execute with consistency and speed.
This leader plays a key role in strengthening team effectiveness, enhancing the employee experience, and shaping a positive, performance-driven culture that supports sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with site leadership to align people strategies with operational priorities, driving performance, productivity, and workforce stability
- Support rapid growth through workforce planning, talent pipelines, and scalable HR processes across production and supply chain
- Strengthen organizational effectiveness by clarifying roles, decision rights, and accountability across teams
- Lead employee relations with a balanced approach that promotes fairness, consistency, and a positive, respectful work environment
- Coach leaders to build capability in performance management, decision-making, and team engagement
- Drive a strong operating rhythm (cadence, metrics, and follow-through) to improve workforce visibility and execution discipline
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, monitor trends, and improve workforce outcomes
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned to evolving business needs
- Enhance onboarding and retention strategies to improve engagement and accelerate productivity of new hires
- Lead talent management efforts, including performance, development planning, and succession readiness
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies through consistent, audit-ready practices
- Develop and lead the HR team to deliver high-quality, consistent support across the operation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 7 years of progressive HR experience
- 5 years supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operational environments
- 2 years in an HR leadership role
- Strong expertise across core HR disciplines (employee relations, talent, performance, workforce planning)
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc.)
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Strong ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders at all levels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field Technical aptitude with learning technologies and digital tools
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
- Experience supporting high-growth or multi-site operations
- Strong employee relations background
- Proven ability to lead through change and ambiguity
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
