Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile production data from multiple sources, including manufacturing equipment and operational reports.
- Accurately enter and organize data into spreadsheets, databases, and reporting systems.
- Maintain detailed records of production metrics and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform data validation checks using BOMs, blueprints, and other reference materials.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to gather missing or unclear data.
- Ensure timely data submission for analysis and decision-making.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of production data for audit purposes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying data trends and discrepancies.
- Please note, this shift is from 6:00 pm - 6:00 am.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or manufacturing preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or manufacturing support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs. occasionally and work in a manufacturing environment.
