Executive Assistant (Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN)
We are partnering with a growing, scaling financial services company seeking a highly polished Executive Assistant to support a senior executive leader. This is a critical role requiring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
This position is based in downtown Minneapolis with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in-office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive (CEO/President-level support experience strongly preferred)
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritizing competing demands and acting as a strategic gatekeeper
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics across multiple stakeholders and entities
- Prepare, edit, and format presentations and executive-level materials (board decks, internal communications, etc.)
- Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external partners, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure the executive is aligned and prepared for all engagements
- Support operations within a multi-entity, fast-scaling environment
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the CEO or President level
- Experience working in complex, multi-entity or scaling organizations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional calendar management and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Financial services or related industry experience is a plus
