Sourcing and Recruiting
- Proactively source candidate using diverse channels, including internal databases, professional networks, and social media.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Manage candidate communication and coordination throughout the hiring process
- Maintain audit-ready employee records in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations
- Ensure data consistency across systems and resolve discrepancies
- Support system workflows related to onboarding, status changes, and offboarding
- Assist with PTO tracking, employee status updates, and basic labor compliance monitoring
- Flag potential compliance risks or process gaps to management
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Proven experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in professional recruiting environment
- Exposure to HR compliance, onboarding, or payroll processes
