Position: Office Manager
Location: Plano, TX 75093
Start Date: Flexible, with option to start right away
Job Description:
- Registration & student database maintenance
- Scheduling
- Managing student progress
- Bookkeeping & billing
- Updating website, social media, and advertisements
- Answering phones and receiving customers at the front desk, often in Korean
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by directors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Fluency in Korean language required
- Organized, detail oriented, and good at multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Prior front desk experience preferred
- Graphic design and web design experience a plus
- Must have own reliable transportation and be eligible to work in the US
Compensation:
Starts at $22 per hour (Compensation will be based on experience). For a part-time employee, the hours can be flexible. Healthcare and other long term employee benefits available for full time workers.
