Job description – Sales Manager, Personal Insurance

The Sales Manager role is a full-time, onsite leadership role which oversees a team of up to 8-12 team members who function in a sales capacity. The ideal candidate is one who seeks to be a front-line leader, with a compensation package commensurate to that role.
For this particular role, we are looking for a builder who will be excited to enter an environment requiring strong change management skills and a fearless pursuit of excellence. Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
- Appropriately document contact opportunities
- Act with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset
Qualifications:
- Insurance Experience– Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving personal insurance sales and support (the ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience)
- Leadership - This is a leadership role. Prior leadership experience required.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
