This is a full-time position
The role may be fully onsite or a hybrid work schedule to our office in Schaumburg, IL.

Commercial insurance sales experience is required.

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team.
The Commercial Lines Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales.

Qualifications:
- Insurance Experience– Active Property & Casualty License required. 2 years of experience preferred.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.

Compensation:
- Base salary, commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour. Well-qualified candidate may be eligible for additional compensation.
Expected hours: 40 per week
