Production Packer

Job Title: Production Packer (Night Shift)
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Location: Jackson, MI
Duration: 3-Month Contract

Job Overview

Support production by packing finished siding products while maintaining safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with line setup and packaging operations
• Inspect products for defects and report issues
• Assemble boxes, label, and prepare materials for shipment
• Load and secure finished goods onto skids
• Maintain work area cleanliness and safety standards
• Support team and complete additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Able to work 12-hour overnight shifts
• Comfortable in a noisy, dusty, and warm manufacturing environment
• Must follow PPE and safety guidelines
