Schedule Flexibility Required:
Hours may vary based on business needs. Some sites may open as early as 6:00 AM, remain open until 7:00 PM or later, or require occasional weekend coverage.
Summary
Our team seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Services Associate to provide floating support coverage across multiple Jacksonville-area client sites supporting healthcare, legal, corporate, and university environments.
This role supports mailroom operations, print production, scanning services, copy services, and printer first-response support, including toner delivery and basic troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, production print experience, computer proficiency, and the flexibility to travel between sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide backup support for 7 Jacksonville-area client sites
- Support mailroom, print, copy, and scanning operations
- Deliver toner and provide printer first-response support
- Perform basic printer troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Handle document production and print finishing tasks
- Maintain accurate records and expense reporting
- Deliver professional customer service in fast-paced environments
- Follow established workflows, procedures, and productivity standards
- Travel between client locations as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of office services, print production, mailroom, or customer service experience required
- Production print experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation and required auto insurance coverage required
- Ability to travel between locations within a 40-50 mile radius
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills required
- Experience navigating network folders and production files preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking and standing throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work at multiple client locations as needed
