Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Pay Rate: $20.50/hr (2nd Shift) | $20.80/hr (3rd Shift)
Duration: 1-Year Contract

Shift Schedules:

• 2nd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday | 10:30 PM – 9:00 AM
• Overtime required as needed

Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Print Operators to support high-volume digital printing and production operations. This role is responsible for operating digital print equipment, managing print jobs, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely production output in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume digital printers, copiers, and color production equipment
• Receive, review, and electronically log customer print jobs
• Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs
• Troubleshoot production issues to meet delivery and output requirements
• Conduct routine operator maintenance on printing equipment
• Maintain production logs and billing information accurately
• Track, organize, and store completed jobs for future customer use and file backup
• Support daily production workflow while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills including keyboarding, mouse navigation, and file management
• Ability to send/receive emails, save documents, and perform data entry
• Experience using internet browsers and sending documents to network printers
• Basic math skills including multiplication, division, and percentages
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently in a production environment
• Previous print production, copy center, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
