Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Salesperson will identify prospective clients, conduct outreach by phone, email, and schedule consultations to understand coverage needs. Daily responsibilities include presenting suitable insurance solutions, preparing quotes, managing follow-ups, and guiding clients through applications and policy renewals. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues, and meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets. The Salesperson is expected to stay current on product offerings, industry regulations, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
