We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory
- Build relationships with customers to establish trust and loyalty
- Follow up with potential leads and past customers
- Contact and convert internet leads into in-store appointments and sales
- Assist with financing options and documentation
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain a clean and professional sales floor and lot presentation
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
- Must have car dealership sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
