The Opportunity
You'll work directly alongside the founder, learning the deal flow, buyer/seller relationships, and drive a specialized healthcare brokerage. This is a true partnership-track seat for someone who wants to build a career — and a book of business — in one of the most resilient and underserved corners of commercial real estate.
What You'll Do
- Source and originate skilled nursing, senior housing, and behavioral health facility listings and buyers
- Work directly with the founder on live transactions from origination through close
- Build and manage a pipeline of owners, operators, and institutional buyers in the healthcare real estate space
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation support for active deals
- Represent D. Held Capital professionally in a relationship-driven, high-trust industry
