Cross-sell and offer additional insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
Explain insurance coverages and policy details to clients clearly and effectively.
Process payments and ensure timely follow-up with policyholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
Qualifications:
Must obtain a New York State Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days of employment.
Residency in Queens is a plus.
Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred.
Must possess an upbeat and positive personality.
