• Candidate must be Spanish/English bilingual and have at least 1 year experience in sales. This position is in located in Flushing, Queens 11358.

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused sales representative to actively seek and retain clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, assessing clients' needs and recommending the best insurance policies to protect their assets and future. The ideal candidate has a strong sales track record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with insurance inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

Explain various insurance policies and products (e.g., auto, home, life, health) in a clear and concise way, guiding clients toward the best coverage options and closing sales.

Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction, secure renewals, and generate referrals.

Complete and submit applications and all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all state regulations.

Proactively identify and contact potential clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, and community outreach.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual in Spanish/English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work experience in a sales role, preferably in the insurance industry.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn about insurance products and services.
