About The Role
As a Psychiatrist with IOH, you will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for patients experiencing:
- Depression and anxiety disorders
- Mood disorders
- PTSD and traumarelated conditions
- Behavioral health concerns related to medical complexity, chronic pain, and injury recovery
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and clinical assessments
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions using evidencebased practices
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with psychologists, neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare providers
- Provide clinical expertise within an integrated care model
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- A 100% outpatient psychiatry practice
- No call and no weekend requirements

Required:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active and unrestricted California medical license
- Active DEA registration
- Outpatient psychiatry experience
- Experience treating traumarelated disorders, chronic pain, or medically complex patients
- Workers’ Compensation experience
- Experience in integrated behavioral health, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary care settings
Compensation: $180–$200 per hour
