Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to support surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly prepared and follow established safety and infection-control protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment before procedures.
- Maintain sterile fields and follow infection prevention protocols.
- Assist surgical teams during procedures by providing instruments and supplies.
- Monitor and maintain surgical equipment and supplies.
- Follow patient safety standards and established clinical procedures.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Surgical Technologist course.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
Additional Information: On-site position in Beckley, West Virginia. Travel is not required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
