Job Description:

  • 10 years of network engineering and technical support experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Juniper routers, switches, firewalls, and networking technologies.
  • Experience with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/MAN, MPLS, and SDN.
  • Troubleshoot complex Tier 3/4 network issues and perform upgrades, migrations, and cutovers.
  • Experience with network monitoring, packet/traffic analysis, and diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of FISMA/NIST security standards.
  • Experience with F5, Riverbed, and Nutanix preferred.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and customer-support skills.
