We are seeking an experienced Salesforce IT Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle, coordinate business and technical teams, and ensure project deliverables meet organizational requirements while staying on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, and business analysts to gather requirements and align project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams using Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables; prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Facilitate end-user training and support to promote successful Salesforce adoption.
- Maintain project plans, technical design documentation, and user reference guides.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of IT project management experience.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through completion.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
